If there was a contest for napping, I'd take first place. I can nap anywhere, anytime. It's one of my many talents. How to develop a sense of self-worth?

I have been told on numerous occasions that self-worth is not and should not be dependent on external factors; however, the issue I have with that is that without such factors there appears to be no foundation for developing a positive self-worth that I can understand.

My mind is a logical one that works well with graphs, charts, analyzing, and matter-of-fact, connect-the-dots explanations in addition to being a visual learner with a photographic memory.
