My sister says she feels detatched from her body....?

My sister has been diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression and Selective-mutism. She is 18 years old. She has seen therapists, and psychologists as well as multiple doctors. She was on meication for almost two years for her Anxiety and although it helped some what it didn't actually better her in the long term. Lately she has been saying that she feels detatched, that she doesn't feel as though she belongs in her body. She said she wants to leave it, to have another body, another life.
