How do I find out who to talk to?

This probably gets asked a lot. I'm looking for a therapist in my area. There are search engines, of course, but I'm having trouble narrowing down what I'm looking for.

I have a lot of problems. I struggle with self-harm, was once diagnosed with EDNOS, and have had a lot of trauma in my life. I have seen therapists, but have never had a real diagnosis, so I don't really know where to go or what to ask for.

I want someone I can talk about my anger and past abuse with, but also my anxiety. When I was on the search engine and the selection box popped up, I almost broke down. I feel like
