Should I kick him out

My son gets a guaranteed income but is in no way disabled or any other medical problems. He is just a spoiled young adult that thinks money grows on trees. I let him move in with me "temporarily" to pay off bills and pay no rent which he did. But the other rules were to finish high school and get a job. dropped out of school with approx. 4 credits to graduate because of free money. Now he refuses to work or go to school. Would rather spend all day at friends house smoking pot sleeping all day and comes home late at night. I have reminded him several times to get a job and now am charging
