Let me start off by saying that I used to self harm, but have successfully been able to stop for two months so far. It was easy during the summer to stop because there was no stress, but now that school has started I already have so much stress. I've been getting the urge to cut quite often, but I can easily get over it by keeping myself occupied. But this week, some girl in my class had cut all over her wrists, and she didn't even have a bracelet or makeup to cover it in any way.
