Depressed and not getting out of it

I feel depressed. I have been feeling depressed, even more than usual, since the Christmas holidays. So it has been some months. I have specifically enhanced/changed my diet and added more exercise and time in the sun to help. Other than that it is my usual therapy and medication routine. But I just feel so low and so horrible. I have been talking to my therapist so she knows, but it seems like nothing helps. I have been hurting myself purposely more to deal with the effects of everything. I am managing to do well both at university and at work, but doing so makes me so exhausted and drained.
